1.What trade terms do you usually offer?

We primarily offer FOB (Free On Board) and CFR (Cost and Freight) for most shipments. We can also accommodate other common Incoterms (e.g., CIF, EXW, DAP) upon request, depending on your logistics needs.

2.What shipping methods do you provide?

We offer three main shipping methods to meet different timelines and cost needs:

• Sea Freight: Ideal for large-volume (full container load, FCL) or low-urgency orders; cost-effective, with a transit time of 15-45 days (varies by destination port).
• Air Freight: Suitable for small-batch or urgent orders; fast, with a transit time of 3-7 days, but higher cost than sea freight.
• Express Delivery: For sample orders or small parcels (under 50kg); door-to-door service via carriers like SF-Express, DHL, FedEx, or UPS, with a transit time of 1-3 days.

3.What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following standard payment methods:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer):

For in-stock products, T/T 100% before shipping.

For OEM products: 50% advance payment, 50% balance against copy of B/L.

• Western Union/Credit card/Paypal/MoneyGram: For small-value sample orders only.

4.When will you arrange shipment after receiving the payment?

• For in-stock products: We will arrange shipment within 2-3 working days after confirming full payment (or the agreed advance payment, per contract terms).
• For customized/non-stock products: Shipment will be arranged within 1-2 working days after production is completed (production lead time will be confirmed separately) and payment is received. We will share the shipping details (e.g., tracking number, carrier) once the goods are dispatched.

5.If there is a product quality issue, what solutions do you provide (e.g., return, refund, replacement)?

Once a product quality issue is confirmed (after verifying your submitted evidence, such as photos/videos and B/L number), we offer three clear solutions for you to choose from:

• Replacement: We will produce and ship new, qualified products for free, and bear all freight costs for the replacement.
• Refund: We will provide a partial or full refund based on the severity of the quality issue—usually 5%-100% of the defective item’s value (full refund applies only if the product is completely unusable).
• Return & Refund: If you prefer to return the defective goods, we will cover the return freight cost and process a full refund of the defective item’s value once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
